A dynamic dry red blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chambourcin, Chancellor, Rougeon, DeChaunac, Marquette, Petite Pearl, and Noiret. The blending process of these varietals imparts flavors of dark cacao, black cherry, cassis, and vanilla bean complimented by smooth tannins for a silky, yet fruity, finish. Pairs well with duck, beef steak, or bacon.
