BR HS/LH Vidal Blanc
Medium-bodied and sweet late-harvest wine with aromas and flavors of peach, golden raisin, and baked apple. A long mineral accent fades nicely on the palate. The term "harvest select" means that the grapes hung on the vine longer allowing more sugars to develop. Pairs well with smoked salmon, salty cheese, and caramelized fruits.
