Tasting Notes

Chambourcin is a French- American hybrid grape known for its distinctive dark coloring. Chambourcin exhibits creamy mocha and spice aromas. A  satiny entry leads to a dry, yet fruity full-body of ripe blackberry, Bing cherry, and boysenberry flavors. Aged in oak for 19 months, this delicious wine offers balanced tannins with a long juicy finish.  Excellent wine on its own or with a meal.
